What you can do to help
We would like to thank you for any help that you can give to this matter. As
we have stated before, the most powerful thing you can do to help Mr. Wood and keep something like this from happening to us and our loved ones is to voice your opinion to the public officials, and we are going to try and simplify that for you here. By contacting those who have committed these violations you will be informing them that you are aware of their questionable acts and will not stand for it any further. These people are no different than the common criminal who disregards the rule of law. As with the common criminal, these people will continue to show contempt for the rule of law until a higher authority, or a number of their peers, or us, citizens who truly run this country, stand up and put a stop to it! It is for these reasons that we ask you to not only contact the ones involved but also their superiors and peers as well. Listed directly below is contact information for everyone involved in Mr. Wood’s cases, as well as their superiors. We ask that you contact all of them and express your concerns about what you have read here. Detective Melvin Buggs, arresting, investigating officer - [email protected] Prosecuting Attorney Anna E. Hixon - [email protected] Prosecuting Attorney Samantha Renee Barrett - Ph. (321) 617-7510 Susan Smith Stewart - Ph. (321) 617-7510 Jeffery William Nuss (Public Defender) - [email protected] Commander Susan Jeter - [email protected] Judge Charles Holcomb - [email protected] Criminal Judge Charles Crawford - [email protected] Divorce/Chief Judge Jay Preston Silvernail - [email protected] Judge Griesbaum (“Question of Bias”) - Ph. (321) 264-6996 Please, call or write any or all of the people listed. |
The following is a little known secret about judges:
When a judge is elected to preside on a bench he has to take an oath stating, among many other things, that he will abide by all rules of the court and laws, especially those laid out in the code of judicial conduct. The following are quotes from the Code of Judicial Conduct (all underlines added for emphasis): Canon 3 (D)(1) “A judge who receives information or has actual knowledge that substantial likelihood exists that another judge has committed a violation of this code shall take appropriate actions” Canon 3 (D)(2) “A judge who receives information or has actual knowledge that substantial likelihood exists that a lawyer has committed a violation of the rules regulating the Florida Bar shall take appropriate actions” Thus, if a judge is simply informed that another judge, or lawyer, is violating the rules he must take appropriate actions and stop the violations from continuing. If this judge does not take appropriate actions then he too is in violation of the rules, as well as the oath he took to preside on the bench As you have seen on this website, there have been many questionable actions by both judges and lawyers. This is why we ask that you contact every judge listed on this page, including those who were not directly involved in any violation. This way they “receive” the information of the violations and can put a stop to this injustice, or are held liable. The following is a Sample letter that you can send to the judges listed, or if you would like, type up something in your own words: Dear Honorable Judge, I am writing you in regards to the cases of Christopher J. Wood, case numbers: 05-2007-DR-007712; 05-2007-CF-49458; 5D09-296; 5D09-4621; 5D10-116; 5D10-245; 5D10-434; and 6:09-cv-762-ORL-22KRS. Iwould like to inform you that I have just visited a website called freechristopherwood.com, which contains all of the facts of Mr. Wood’s cases, as well as the appearance of misconduct and illegal acts of those involved in the prosecution of Mr. Wood. According to the Code of Judicial Conduct, Canon 3 (D)(1) and Canon 3 (D)(2) you must take appropriate actions to put a stop to misconduct and violations of the law. Please review this information, and if you feel there was misconduct, please inform me of what actions you have taken to correct these situations, which are described on that website. Thank You |

Section 119.07-119.15, which states that all information concerning public officials is public information. This information will then be listed on this website so that
everyone can file their complaints.
