There is an unknown person in the Titusville area that Amy talked to about buying a generator motor. Chris and Amy did not have money to pay their electric, and the generator they were using for power had stopped running. On the Friday before they made the movie (January 12th, 2007) Amy got a phone number off the bulletin board in the entrance of Wal-Mart of a person selling a generator motor. She called and set up a time for her and Chris to go buy the motor after they finished making the movie.
This person’s testimony may not sound like something that could prove Chris’ innocence, but it is. You see, Amy could not answer why she met Chris out in the woods that day. But after she watched the video with the state, she saw it recorded Chris telling her behind the scenes that they needed to hurry up so they could get that motor before it got too late. So she came up with the story that they were going to steal a boat motor from a golf course that Saturday afternoon, and that was the reason she met Chris in the woods, not to make a pornographic movie. Chris, however, explained the truth.
So this person’s testimony would completely destroy her reason of why she met Chris in the woods that day and also prove she is lying about the motor they are talking about in the video. Who this person is and what Amy told him/her is unknown to everyone. Chris tried to get the name and phone number of this person before trial but Amy had already cleared out their home and threw everything away. So the only way to find this person is for us to spread the word that we are looking for him or her.

Chris and Amy decided to make this movie the week of January 12, 2007. We know that on the 11th Amy told one of her high-school friends that they were going to make a “snuff” movie to sell on-line so they could pay their mortgage. We also know that Amy talks a lot about everything. But what we don’t know is whether Amy told anyone else they were making the movie either before they made it, or after she had Chris arrested, where she slipped and told the truth during one of her lies.
Of course, this would also prove Chris is innocent because, according to Amy she knew nothing about making or selling this movie until Chris pulled out the camera in the woods and started raping her. Whether anyone has information regarding this we will never know, unless we spread the word about what we’re looking for.

Amy met Chris on the west side of Windover Way in Windover Farms in Titusville. She parked on the right-hand side of the road after you cross Addison Canal (which is more like a ditch) as you are coming into Windover Farms from the west (Wal-Mart) entrance. She was driving an old 2-door 1985 Mercury Grand Marquis, white with a blue top. While she was waiting for Chris to pick her up in the canoe, she would have got a shoulder bag out of the trunk of the car which contained the camera equipment.
Someone had to have driven or walked by and seen her standing on the side of the road waiting for Chris with that satchel on her shoulder or in her hands. This is very important because Amy said she carried nothing out there that day, trying to hide the fact that she knew they were making this movie. i.e. Why would she carry a bag of camera equipment if they were going to steal a boat motor as she claims. So if anyone saw or remembers seeing her with this shoulder bag, it would prove she was involved, but we have to spread the word to people who may live in Windover Farms, were visiting friends or family in Windover Farms, or who were working that Saturday afternoon, January 13, 2007, around 3:00 pm, and would have seen her.

After they were finished making the movie, Chris dropped Amy off at the car around 7:00 pm. She stood there for about 10 minutes while Chris hid the canoe in the woods across the street. We know that she was the driver and had the car keys and at one point had the driver-side door open while she waited for Chris. We also know that Amy had that same bag and camera equipment and she said she put it in the trunk of the car
Someone had to have seen her standing by the car or going into the trunk within those 10 minutes she waited. Someone had to have driven by, jogged by, or walked by, and if so, did anyone talk to her? Who would drive by a woman standing alone on the side of the road next to her car in the middle of the night, and not stop and ask if she needed help. And the only way for us to know if someone saw her or talked to her is to spread the word about this to those who live in, or visited people living in Windover Farms.

Amy said that there were people in the woods and/or canoeing that day so she made up a story as to why she and Chris were out there. She said that she would have told them they were looking for a place to go camping. Who did Amy see and/or talk to that day and what, if anything, did she tell them? Addison Canal is a little-known canoeing spot in Titusville that runs from the St. John’s River through Windover Farms.
Chris and Amy went from Windover Way, west, under I-95 to the woods on the south side of the canal. Was there anyone fishing, canoeing, hunting, or hiking that day that talked to Amy or heard or saw anything that would show Amy knew about making that movie before she got to the scene? The only way we will ever know is if everyone spreads the word about this and asks around.
